Do I need to provide credit card info during free trial?
In short, No. We are confident that Nuvio is the right platform to manage your business finances. To make sure that you are also at the same page, we won't request your credit card during your free trial.
Do you store my credit card info?
We, as Nuvio, do not store your credit card information on our databases. We use 3rd party payment providers to process payments and store card information. They keep your card information with globally proven secure infrastructure.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
During free trial, since we do not get any payment info from you, you can decide not to purchase a subscription. No questions asked. After you start your paid subscription, you can always cancel your plan. Your remaining usage rights will be kept until your paid period is over and we won't renew your subscription for another term.
Do I need to pay for every user on my company?
No. Currently we do not have a user-based pricing model. You subscribe for your company not for your users. After you create your company account in Nuvio, you can invite how many users you want to use Nuvio together. We want to keep pricing model as it is, as long as it is viable 🫠
